How is pricing calculated?
Approved wholesale accounts see 15% off retail on every line. Add 10% at 12+ units per SKU. Retail customers ordering 6+ of a single SKU still get case pricing (15% off).
What documents do you need?
Your legal business name, federal EIN and (optionally) a resale certificate if you plan to remarket goods and want tax-exempt status.
How long is Net-30 review?
Typically same day — we run a soft business credit check that doesn't affect personal credit. Terms can be revoked on late payment.
Can I do private label or custom orders?
Yes — once approved, your account manager can quote private label runs on our supplement, olive oil and candle SKUs.
