All products across our vitamin, supplement, grocery, and home decor departments are stored, packed, and dispatched from our primary climate-controlled facility:

2. Order Cutoff & Processing Times
We operate Monday through Friday, excluding major federal holidays:
- Cutoff: Orders placed before **2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)** are processed and shipped the same business day.
- After Hours: Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or during weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
- Bulk/Freight: Large wholesale orders requiring palletized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping may require up to forty-eight (48) hours for routing and carrier scheduling.

We deliver to all fifty (50) United States, including military APO/FPO/DPO addresses:

4. Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
For our grocery staples, fresh aromatics, and cold-pressed juices:
We use seasonal insulated packaging and reusable non-toxic gel ice packs at no extra cost. We recommend shipping perishable items via Express or Overnight delivery if you reside outside the Northeast Tri-State area to maintain optimum freshness.
5. Tracking & Notifications
The moment your label is scanned at our receiving dock in Paterson, NJ, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking number (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). It may take up to twelve (12) hours for the carrier system to refresh tracking status.
6. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at +1 (973) 649-9022 or email shipping@allinonewholesales.com. Once an order is loaded onto the carrier vehicle, we cannot redirect it or change the address.
7. Freight LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Shipping
B2B shipments exceeding 250 lbs are usually palletized and routed via our contracted freight partners (Estes, R+L Carriers, or Old Dominion). Freight shipments require a dock-height receiving address or lifgate lift service (liftgate fee applies, select at checkout).
